Description

The Saturday afternoon workshops gives us time to reflect and to meet companions on the journey. A life of practice may seem like some garment you need to fit into. Not so. Rather It is a continual unfolding of ourselves into a bigger, freer space. The body is a story-book of our lives, with all of the thoughts and feelings that accompany the story.
