6-day March 2025 Nambucca Retreat

Arriving Saturday 1st march afternoon for a Sunday 2nd 10am morning start Full Retreat: 6 days Sunday 2nd March (10am) - Friday 5pm ,6th March 3-day Retreat arrive Sat evening for Sunday 10am start- Tuesday 4th, 5pm finish About: This is the forth year Nambucca has welcomed us. Always people come away rested and enriched -by the yoga, the place and especially the company. Schedule: Each morning there is a sitting/meditation practice, followed by a two-hour asana class. 7-9.30am In the afternoons there is practice and an hour for engagement with each other- A working group. Accommodation: Cabins or camping are available. All are within the beautiful surroundings, with space abounding. Cabins are reserved in my name, and are are welcome to book once you have reserved your place online.
