Over 5 Mornings May 27 – 31
Monday – Friday. 6.30 – 8.00 AM
The next week of early morning practices will focus on the experience of vitality and power of everyday practice.
These practices will run each morning and are open to all levels with some experience. We highly recommend attending all 5 mornings for the week or it’s still great to come to any of the mornings as you can.
Teachers lead the students through a sequence, with some instruction and guidance where needed, so they can experience more about the flow, energy and vitality that practice offers.
This practice week leads into the weekend Autumn Urban Retreat with Caroline… what a fantastic opportunity to breathe freshness into your yoga!
