Class Passes Policy

* 5 Class Passes expire 6 weeks from date of first use.

* 10 Class and unlimited Class Passes expire 12 weeks from the date of first use.

* Class passes are valid for use only in their designated Class Level (ie. Level 1, Level 2 or Lunchtime).

* Students must purchase a class pass online or at the Yoga Centre before attending any class.

* Strictly one student per class pass. Passes are not transferable and cannot be shared between students.

* Students can view their class pass balance via their on-line Yoga Centre account.

* If a class is not adequately attended by a minimum of 5 students, the class may be cancelled.

* Students will be notified of any class cancellations via email.

* There is no refund or exchange available on class passes.

* Unused classes on class passes cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.

* In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact the office to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

*Student Rate class passes are available upon presentation of a valid student card. For FULL TIME students only.

Enrolled Classes Policy

* Students must enrol online, or at the Yoga Centre, prior to the start of the first class.

* Students commit to attending all classes in the enrolment block. There is only 1(one) makeup class offered per enrolment block. Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next block. The makeup class must be used within the time frame of the dated enrolment ie: 6 weeks.

* In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact the office to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

* If a class is not adequately attended by a minimum of 5 students, the class may be cancelled.

* Students will be notified of any class cancellations and credit or refund will be provided.

Special Event Class Policy

* This is an enrolment only event. You need to enrol prior to the start date.

* The enrolment cut off time is 5 PM, the day before.

* Students can use their L1, L2 or Unlimited Class Pass to attend, but must enrol.

* Once enrolled, a space will be blocked for you in the class.

* Enrolled ‘no shows’ will forfeit the paid class or one class off their class pass.

* We cannot accept walk-ins on the day. If you have gone past the enrolment cut off time, you may be able to attend if there is space. Please email/call to check.

* If the class in under-subscribed it may be cancelled. In this case a full refund/credit will be given and students notified.

Workshops & Intensives Policy

* Workshops, intensives, teacher development weekends and special events are attended by enrolment only.

* Students must enrol and pay for the full event. Partial enrolments and pro rata payments will not be accepted.

* Students must enrol online or at the Yoga Centre prior to the start of the first class.

* There are no make-up classes available for Workshops and Intensive classes.

* Students must provide five (5) working days notice if they are no longer able to attend a workshop or intensive course.

* A refund can be arranged minus a 25% administration fee or a credit provided to use at future workshops and intensives if sufficient notice is provided (five working days).

* No refunds or credits will be provided if notification is provided within five (5) working days of the start of the workshop or intensive course.

* In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact the office to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

* If a workshop or intensive is not adequately attended by a minimum of 10 students, the event may be cancelled.

* Students will be notified of any class cancellations and a refund or credit will be provided.

 

Private Classes Policy

* Private tuition classes are by appointment only.

* Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment date incur the full fee charge per person.

Bali Retreat Policy

* A non-refundable & non transferable deposit of $400 is required to hold your place at the 2018 Bali Retreat.

* Bali retreat costs include all yoga tuition, evening meals, week-day brunch, a cultural outing and return airport transfers.

* Accommodation is not included and can be arranged independently or through the Yoga Centre.

* Students must enrol and pay the full fee before the due date to confirm their place at the Bali Retreat.

* Students must provide four (4) weeks notice if they are no longer able to attend the Bali Retreat.

* A refund can be arranged minus a 25% administration fee or a credit provided to use for the following year’s Retreat if sufficient notice of cancellation is provided (four weeks) by the student.

* No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is provided within four (4) weeks of the start of the Bali Retreat.

* If a Retreat or workshop is not adequately subscribed the event will be cancelled.

* Students will be notified of any Retreat cancellations and a credit or refund will be provided.

Bali Teacher Development & Retreat

* A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to hold your place for the Bali Teacher Development (TD) module.

* Accommodation is not included and can be arranged independently or through the Yoga Centre.

* Participants must enrol and pay the full fee before the due date to confirm their place in the Bali TD module.

*Participants must provide four (4) weeks notice if they are no longer able to attend the Bali TD & Retreat.

* A refund can be arranged minus a 25% administration fee or a credit provided to use for the following year’s Teacher’s Development days if sufficient notice of cancellation is provided (six weeks) by the participant.

* No refunds or credits will be provided if cancellation notification is provided within four (4) weeks of the start of the Bali TD & Retreat.

* If the Bali TD & Retreat is not adequately subscribed the event will be cancelled.

* Participants will be notified of any Bali TD & Retreat cancellations and a credit or refund will be provided.

Gift Voucher Policy

* All Gift Vouchers expire three months from date of purchase.

* Gift Vouchers can be used towards any class, workshop or intensive at the school. Not valid for external retreats such as Bali & Italy.

* Where there is a difference in cost students will need to pay any outstanding amount, or a credit will be given for use at a later date.

* There is no refund or exchange available on Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.

* There is no need to book for Level 1 and Level 2 classes – simply present your gift voucher to the teacher when you come to class.

* Enrolment is required for Level 3 classes, workshops and intensives. Please contact the school prior to the first class to enrol using your Gift Voucher.

* Unused Gift Vouchers cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.

* In case of exceptional circumstances, please contact the office to discuss your situation and make alternative arrangements.

Teacher Training Program Policy

Attendance

  • Enrolment in the Program is full time. Trainees commit to attending all modules and all days in each module.
  • In exceptional circumstances where a trainee can’t attend a module, or part of a module, they must notify and consult with Caroline well in advance.

Payment

  • Full payment is encouraged at the start of each year. This attracts a 5% discount.
  • Payment is also possible on a module by module basis. Full payment must be made four weeks before each module start date.
  • Pro rata payment for partial attendance is not permitted.
  • If a trainee is experiencing financial difficulties they may consult Caroline and negotiate an alternative payment arrangement. The alternative payment arrangement must be agreed four weeks before the module start date.
  • If a student fails to meet the payment deadlines outlined above they will not be able to attend the module.
  • Variation to the above payment requirements will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.

Credit and Refunds

  • There are no refunds.
  • If a student withdraws from a module more than 5 working days before the start date they will receive 50% credit towards the cost of a future module. If the student has an alternative financial arrangement 50% of the payment obligation remains.
  • If a student withdraws within 5 days of a module start date no credit will be provided. If the student had an alternative financial arrangement the full payment obligation remains.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as a family crisis or serious injury/illness, additional credit may be considered.
