Let us help you start the working year on the right foot – so you can bring balance, energy and focus to your daily routine. Join Peta Keaney and Helen Willoughby as they take you through a series of yoga poses (asanas) specifically designed to increase physical and mental strength and flexibility, as well as to restore and replenish. This Yoga workshop will focus on the foundation poses to help you discover the freedom that comes through steadiness and proper alignment, and to better understand how the practice of Yoga is much more than physical exercise – it is about how you live your life.
