Beginners 6 week Yoga Courses


The 6 week beginner courses are designed for new students to attend two classes a week on a regular basis over 6 weeks. 

Attending classes twice a week gives the best opportunity to learn the foundations of Iyengar Yoga.

You can also attend more, up to 4 classes a week. Schedule in your classes to make the most of what is offered.

After the course is completed, students may be ready to join the Level 1 developing beginners classes, or repeat as needed.

Attend any of the following classes:
Tuesday 7.45 – 8.45 PM
Thursday 6.30 – 7.30 PM
Saturday 9.45 – 10.45 AM *
Sunday 8.00 – 9.00 AM *

Cost: $140 per 6 week course

* Saturday & Sunday May 19 & 20 classes will not run due to assessments.

Classes run at the same time each week for 6 weeks, unless otherwise stated. There is no carry over to the following round of courses.
